What is Haki in Sailor Piece?
Haki is a special power system in Sailor Piece (inspired by One Piece) that provides permanent passive bonuses — damage boosts, evasion, and prestige perks. There are 3 types: Observation Haki (automatic dodge), Armament Haki (core damage boost, +25% base to +75% at max), and Conqueror's Haki (rare +25% permanent damage at max). Haki levels up automatically through combat use — just fight with it active.
All three Haki types stack with each other and with rune bonuses. At max levels, Armament + Conqueror's Haki together grant +100% damage on top of your base stats — a massive multiplier that makes Haki mandatory for any endgame build. Observation Haki is separate, providing up to 10 auto-dodges before resetting.

The core offensive Haki of the game. Armament Haki increases damage by 25% at the base level, scaling to +75% damage at max level 100 (each level adds +0.5%). Unlocked via the Haki Master NPC on Snow Island — the questline requires defeating 150 NPCs, hitting 65 Z-key attacks, and landing 750 punches.
Go to Snow Island and find the Haki Master NPC. Cost: 250,000 Cash + 250 Gems. Questline: kill 150 NPCs + land 65 Z attacks + land 750 punches (sailorpiecewiki /entries/haki-system 2026-04-23).
Conqueror's Haki
Max Lv 35
The rarest and most prestigious Haki. Conqueror's Haki grants a permanent +1% damage increase per level (max 35 levels = +35% total damage as of Massive Update March 25, 2026 — raised from 25). Unlocked from the Conqueror Haki Trainer NPC on Shibuya Station. Prerequisites: Armament Haki Lv 40 + Observation Haki Lv 25 + Ascension Lv 5 + 1 Conqueror Fragment.

Observation Haki
Max Lv 50
The first Haki players typically acquire. Observation Haki starts with 5 dodges and adds +1 dodge per 10 levels, reaching a maximum of 10 dodges at Level 50. Purchased from the Observation Master NPC on Desert Island for 250,000 Cash and 300 Gems.
