How to Unlock Conqueror's Haki
Go to Shibuya Station and find the Conqueror Haki Trainer NPC. Requirements: Armament Haki Lv 40 + Observation Haki Lv 25 + Ascension Lv 5 + 1 Conqueror Fragment (sailorpiecewiki /entries/haki-system 2026-04-23).
After purchasing, Conqueror's Haki levels up automatically through combat use. Keep fighting with it active and it will gain experience passively — no separate leveling mechanic is required.
