Summon costs: Normal 1 Frost Relic + $750k + 750 Gems / Medium 2 Frost Relics + $1M + 1000 Gems / Hard 3 Frost Relics + $1.25M + 1250 Gems / Extreme 4 Frost Relics + $1M + 1000 Gems. Drops materials for the Ice Queen sword crafting chain and the Frost Empress Title (+87.5% Damage, pity 155 — required for Ice Queen sword). Frost Relics also drop from ALL NPCs in game.
